2019 — Initial Development
The conceptual development of Authentic Leadership® began in 2019 through writing, reflection, refinement, and the progressive organization of ideas around leadership, coherence, inner authority, resilience, and long-term responsibility.
2024 — Framework Publication
Authentic Leadership® was published on December 04, 2024 after years of writing, revision, and conceptual refinement.
2025 — Second Publication
The second publication was released on December 4, 2025, intentionally one year after the first publication cycle, marking a continued evolution of the body of work.
2025 - 2026 — Institutional Expansion
In 2026, the framework expands through NURIA GC into a broader institutional architecture including insights, private member reflections, executive education, advisory applications, and The Nuria Sphere.
